Social Media

    • Managed a total of 17 social media accounts for 5 different brands including hair care, cosmetics, lashes, and wigs on 4 different platforms (Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Facebook), with a total of 517K followers.
    • Increased 283.2% impressions, and 394.1% net followers, and maximized the website traffic and retention rate by using multiple social media features such as Linktree, promo codes, and collaboration tools.
    • Created, launched, and oversaw paid social campaigns that effectively targeted and engaged audiences at different stages of the funnel.
    • Reported bi-weekly, monthly, and annual analytics of all social platforms to measure ROI and the success of social and influencer efforts, communicate the effectiveness of campaigns, strategy, and engagement, and explore areas needed for improvement.
    • Extensive knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.
Influencer Partnership

  • Collaborated with a total of 89 influencers (8 Mega-tier, 23 Mid-tier, 36 Macro-tier, 17 Micro-tier, and 5 Nano-tier influencers) to produce 200+ affiliated content and achieved a total of 300M+ views with 3.6% of average engagement rates.
  • Managed outreach, cultivated relationships, coordinated seedings, and partnerships, and collaborated with influencers.
  • Developed comprehensive campaign briefs for influencers to increase brand awareness, prompt engagement, and drive traffic to brand websites.
  • Increased traffic to the website which leads to actual purchases by providing features such as custom promo codes, limited promotions, personalized trackable links, hashtags, ambassador programs, and syndicated reviews.
  •  The newly launched product lines achieved overwhelming sales dominance, ranking first in sales for 6 consecutive months immediately after launch by collaborating with influencers and conducting affiliated online & offline events.
  • Created a unique system called the ‘Influencer Revenue Share Program‘ and collaborated with 14 influencer agencies across North America to operate the program with 93 influencers. This created 516 website reviews and 300+ organic posts on social media which can efficiently save marketing budget by 37% with better results. 
Public Relations

  • Continued updating of media lists and communication with journalists to ensure brand coverage in the media, particularly managing top-tier outlets separately to enhance effective exposure (48% of average top-tier publication rate).
  • Contributed to creating and sharing content directly with media through writing press releases, collaboration with celebrities, seminars, offline events, interviews, donations, receiving awards from reputable institutions, distributing PR boxes, sharing insights, daily media monitoring, trend analysis, etc. to have brand’s message featured in articles.
  • Media outlets that have featured our brand include Allure, Ebony, Cosmopolitan, Chosun Ilbo, and Yonhap News Agency.
E-Commerce

  • Responsible for day-to-day campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns for brands in a variety of verticles.
  • Managed SEO and SEM to enhance campaigns through testing with ad copy, creative, landing pages, and keyword optimization by staying up to date with the latest search trends and ranking factors.
  • Managed the brand’s products on E-Commerce sites such as Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, and MediaMarkt to ensure proper updates, aiming for successful top exposure and sales conversion by updating product search keywords, titles, description pages, USPs, review syndication, social media linkage, and multimedia attachments.
  • Developed integrated guidelines to ensure a unified marketing message across the 23 countries.
  • Analyzed the traffic driven to the website through Google Ads, social media ads, and Power BI, and proposed improvements of UX/UI based on competitor and trend analysis.
  • Created brand ambassadors to add community features to the brand website, issued coupons linked to events, and focused on various efforts to increase traffic, membership, and retention on the brand’s website.
Content Creation
  • Utilized expertise in video production and management to create an official safety video for Incheon International Ferry Terminal and Incheon Port Inner Harbor by using Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop to deliver a visually captivating and informative video.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Provided insights and recommendations to help brands to make informed decisions about their markets and strategies, by aggregating data and analyzing information to identify trends and patterns of behavior.
  • Proposed IMC strategies to 20+ brands through competitive presentations and the ideas were adopted by brands such as Everland, Heungkuk Fire & Marine Insurance, How Bottle, CJ Cheil Jedang, and Dong-A Pharmaceutied Co, Ltd. 
  • The promotional events, advertisement banner copies, and product package designs have been made based on IMC strategies.
  • Received the Excellence Awards and Grand Prizes from various university marketing competitions.
  • To raise entrepreneurship, established a startup that combines FinTech technology with kiosk services, and won the top prize in a venture startup idea competition.
Other Activities
  • To revitalize the stagnant atmosphere in Korea’s district ‘Euljiro’ due to the pandemic, organized an exhibition to showcase the small business owners of Euljiro. Conducted interviews to capture their stories and published them into a book by creating graphic designs, and successfully exhibited various designs inspired by Eujiro at the exhibition which gathered 150+ visitors.
  • Gained diverse experiences by working, studying, participating in projects, volunteering, and engaging in cultural exchanges in various countries such as the United States, China, Korea, and India to cultivate global communication skills. 
  • Have a strong interest in social contribution activities through volunteering, such as the Global Volunteer program organized by Hyundai Motor Group, SUNNY Volunteer Organization by SK Corporation, and the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics. 
  • Actively involved in a university advertising club, where I collaborated with many brands on marketing competitions, sponsorships, and ambassador programs.
